By accessing and using SocialHubPro ("the Application"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. SocialHubPro is a social media management platform (SaaS) offered to business and individual customers.
SocialHubPro is a social media content scheduling and management tool. It allows authorized users to connect their own social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X/Twitter), schedule or publish content to those accounts, view and reply to comments, direct messages and mentions received on those accounts, view engagement statistics, and optionally send automated replies to comments that match keywords configured by the account owner.
Each customer signs in with their own account and connects only the social media account(s) they own and are authorized to manage. Access to another customer's connected accounts is not permitted. Administrators of a given SocialHubPro workspace may grant or restrict team members' access to specific connected accounts.
This application integrates with third-party platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Google (YouTube), LinkedIn, and X (Twitter). Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies.
This application stores authentication tokens necessary to publish content on connected social media accounts. This data is stored securely and is never shared with any third parties outside of the connected social media platforms.
When connecting your TikTok account, this application requests the following permissions: user.info.basic (to identify your account), video.upload and video.publish (to upload and publish videos on your behalf). We only access data necessary to provide the scheduling service.
When connecting your YouTube account, this application uses the YouTube Data API Services and requests the youtube, youtube.upload, youtube.readonly, and youtube.force-ssl scopes to read your channel, upload videos, and manage comments on your behalf. By connecting your YouTube account you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. You may revoke access at any time from Google's security settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions or by disconnecting the account inside SocialHubPro.
You are solely responsible for all content scheduled and published through this application. Content must comply with the Terms of Service of each connected platform.
The application is provided "as is" without any warranties. The owner shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the application following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
