1. Overview
SocialHubPro ("the Application") is a social media management platform (SaaS) that lets businesses and individual account owners connect their own social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X/Twitter) to schedule content, view engagement, and manage their accounts from a single dashboard. Each customer only sees and manages the accounts they have personally connected and authorized; no account is ever accessed without its owner's own OAuth consent. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our Application.
2. Information We Collect
The Application collects and stores the following information:
- Authentication Credentials: OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens from connected social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X/Twitter).
- Account Information: Basic profile information (username, display name, profile picture URL) from connected social media accounts, used only for display purposes within the app.
- Scheduled Content: Text, media files, and scheduling information you enter into the application for content publishing.
- Engagement Data: Comments, direct messages, mentions, and basic public interaction metrics (such as likes, views, shares and impressions) retrieved from the connected accounts through the official platform APIs. This engagement data may include content and public usernames of third parties who interact with the connected accounts (for example, a follower who leaves a comment or sends a message). This data is used only to let the account owner view and respond to those interactions from within the application.
- Insights & Statistics: Aggregated performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement counts) provided by the platform APIs for the connected accounts, used to display analytics within the application.
3. How We Use Your Information
Information collected is used exclusively to:
- Authenticate with connected social media platforms on your behalf
- Schedule and publish content to your connected social media accounts
- Display account information within the application dashboard
- Let the account owner view and reply to comments, direct messages and mentions received on the connected accounts
- Display aggregated analytics and statistics for the connected accounts
- Optionally send an automated reply or direct message in response to a comment that matches a keyword configured by the account owner
We do not use your information for any other purpose, including advertising, profiling, resale, or data sharing with third parties. Engagement data is never used to build advertising profiles and is not shared with anyone other than the originating platform's official API.
4. TikTok Data Usage
When you connect your TikTok account, we access the following data through TikTok's API:
- user.info.basic: Your TikTok Open ID and display name, used to identify your account within the app.
- video.upload: Ability to upload video files to TikTok on your behalf.
- video.publish: Ability to publish uploaded videos to your TikTok profile on your behalf.
TikTok data is not shared with any third parties and is only used to provide the content scheduling functionality.
5. YouTube / Google Data API Services
When you connect your YouTube account, SocialHubPro uses the YouTube Data API Services and requests the following Google OAuth scopes:
- youtube & youtube.force-ssl: To read your channel information and manage videos, playlists, and comments on your behalf.
- youtube.upload: To upload videos to your channel on your behalf.
- youtube.readonly: To read channel statistics and comment/engagement data for display inside the dashboard.
SocialHubPro's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google's own handling of your data is further described in the Google Privacy Policy.
You can revoke SocialHubPro's access to your YouTube/Google account at any time, either from the "Bağlı Hesaplar / Connected Accounts" page inside SocialHubPro ("Bağlantıyı Kes" / disconnect), or directly from Google's own security settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
6. Data Storage
All data is stored locally on the server hosting this application in a SQLite database that is only accessible server-side and is not publicly exposed — direct web access to the database file is explicitly blocked via server configuration (.htaccess deny rules). Authentication tokens are stored securely and are only transmitted to the respective social media platforms' official APIs.
7. Data Retention & Deletion
Data is retained only as long as it is needed to provide the service. You have full control over deletion:
- Disconnect an account: On the "Bağlı Hesaplar / Connected Accounts" page, click "Kaldır / Remove" next to any account. This immediately deletes that account's access tokens and its associated engagement data (comments, messages, mentions and statistics) from our database.
- Delete individual content: Scheduled posts and stored interactions can be deleted individually from within the dashboard.
- Delete all data / revoke access: To request full deletion of all data associated with you, or to revoke the application's access entirely, send a request to the contact address in Section 13 below. All associated tokens and stored data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You may also revoke the application's access at any time directly from the connected platform's own settings (for Meta: Settings → Business Integrations / Apps and Websites).
8. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with any third parties. Data is only transmitted to the official APIs of social media platforms you have explicitly connected to the application.
9. Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. Access to the application is protected by password authentication. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

As the owner of your connected accounts, you have full control over your data. You can:
- Disconnect any social media account at any time
- Delete scheduled posts
- Request deletion of all stored data by contacting the administrator
